He was predeceased by: his parents, James Orthmeyer and Ruth Orthmeyer (Moore); and his siblings-in-law, Chuck Hull (Connie) and Kathy Hull. He is survived by: his sister Debbie; his wife Becky; his brother-in-law Dave Hull (Carol); his friends, Tom, Cherrie Dole, Jeff, Susan Sands, Richard Sanford, Linda Konrad, Bill, Peggy Montgomery, Dan, Alkena Hankey, Ron, Joyce Odor, Allen Wilson, John Wilkins, Ken Klouda and Clark Mayo; and his cousins, Sue Waugh (George), Janie Akers (Darryl), Jack Morgan, Patty Miller (Tom), Fred Orthmeyer and Jerry Scherer (Betty).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Alice Drive Baptist Church (1305 Loring Mill Rd, Sumter, SC 29150).
