He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Rayvelle Strange Sr. and Betty Ann Nichols Strange. He is survived by: his son Michael Strange (Kimberly) of Morrisville, NC; his stepdaughter Tiffany Barrs (Michael) of Sumter; his siblings, Kevin Strange (Sandra) of Sumter and Donna Strange of Pelion, SC; and his grandchildren, Brennah Craig, Beth Strange, Jaidyn Strange, Devin Barrs, Taylor Barrs and Riley Jade Barrs. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
