He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Ruffalo Weir; his sons, Joseph Weir (Maryann) of Columbia, SC and Arthur Weir (Beth) of Sumter, SC; his sister Maureen Howe of Syracuse, NY; and his grandchildren, Kevin Weir, Sarah Weir and Hailey Weir.
