He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Vargas; his son Jason Kendrick Brown; his parents, Julian Brown, Jr. and Virginia Alston Brown; his brother Chris Brown (Sabine); his uncle George Brown (Susan F.); his aunts, Gladys Brown Smith (Robert), Elder Barbara Alston Houpe (James) and Clara Alston Pitts; and his brother-in-law Ralf Glowna.
