He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Garland Carmon and Betty Rose Evans Carmon; and his siblings, Brenda Kay Carmon and Robert Wayne Carmon. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Anderson Carmon; his sister Lisa Carmon Grate of Sumter; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Anderson, Michael Anderson and Angela Anderson Edwards. He is also survived by 3 nieces and 3 nephews and 10 great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home (221 Broad St, Sumter, SC 29150). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home & Crematory (221 Broad St, Sumter, SC 29150).
