He is survived by: his children, Jerry Allen Cook (Lorin) of Woodstock, GA, Janis Cook Gilbert (Timothy) of Paradise, TX, Joyce Cook Barwick of Sumter, SC and Julia Cook Anderson of Lugoff, SC; and his grandchildren, Alisa Boone (Max), Carol Galuppi (Andrew), Elizabeth Barwick, Victoria Vine (Chris), Ashley Fletcher and Aaron Gilbert (Madison). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
