He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Geddings and Jeanette Geddings; and his great grandchild Michael Tripp Langley, III. He is survived by: his children, John Geddings, III (Tammy) of Sumter, David Geddings (Margaret) of Manning, Cale Yates (Josh) of Manning and Angela Geddings (George) of Sumter; his siblings, Jack Geddings and Doris Beard of Columbia; and his close friend Loretta Geddings. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
