He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kitzak and Martha James Allen Kitzak. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Susie L. Roberts (Joe) of Sumter, Brenda L. May of Rutherfordton, NC and Donald Kennedy of Barnesville, OH; his sibling's children, Lisa McClun (David), Trina Hayes (Benjie), Zack Hayes (Caitlan), Chase Hayes (Destiny) and Tobby Kennedy (Nancy); his friend Kathleen Kreklau; and his pet Winnie.
