He was predeceased by: his parents, Fletcher Powell and Annie Sue Glisson Powell. He is survived by: his children, Darine Powell (Jennifer) of Andrews, Dwayne Benenhaley of Sumter, Susan Louise Williams of Sumter and Robert Shane Powell of Greeleyville; and his granddaughters, Laura Lozano and Brittany Lazano. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
