With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Elliott Rowe III of Sumter, South Carolina, born in Manning, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 31, 2024 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elliott Rowe, Jr. and Sara Shirer Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Anne Gramling Rowe; his children, John Elliott Rowe IV (Alexa) of Sumter and Julie Gramling Rowe of Sumter; and his grandsons, William Hampton Rowe and John Elliott "J. E." Rowe V..
