He is survived by: his sisters, Bonnie Davis and Maude Victoria Hall-Holbrook; and his nieces and nephews, Devon Winslow and Ronnie Hall Jr.. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews from his three sisters.
In place of flowers, contributions in memory of Joseph can be made to the SPCA of Sumter, SC, an organization close to his heart due to his love of animals.
