It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph P. Lazzari Jr. of Sumter, South Carolina, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Zeloree Scott Lazzari of Kingstree; his parents, Joseph Philip Lazzari, Sr. and Anita Latola Lazzari; his sons, Eric Lazzari (Donna) of Wilmington, NC and Phil Lazzari (Mary Frances) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Katie Lazzari, Carolyn Prisco (Mathew), Ken Lazzari (Jackie), John Lazzari (Liz), Neal Humphrey (Sandy), Olivia Jarman (Grady) and Theodora Fitzgerald (Dustin); and his great grandchildren, Airlie, Della, Anna, Aiden, June, Luna, Tess, Sophia and Freya.
