She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Shannon and Rosa Lee Shannon; her daughters, Sharron Boone of Sumter, Carmen Cherita Harvest of Kansas City, MO and Shannon Lachelle Roberson of Sumter; her close friend Jack Pickett of Dalzell; her siblings, James Shannon of Sumter and Rosa S. Moody (Chester) of Williston; and her aunt Maime Shannon of Baltimore, MO. She was also cherished by six grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In accordance with the COVID 19 guidelines, the family is requesting face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during all visitation at the home, 4310 Cotton Acres Road, Sumter.
