It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce G. Miller (Sumter, South Carolina), who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Charles Neale and Caroline Mabel Lane Neale. She is survived by : her daughters, Caroline Dyson (Jeff) of Manning and Iva-Marie Stone of Moody, AL; her grandchildren, Aaron Dyson (Norma), Natalie Dyson, Scott Stone and Mollie Stone; her great grandchild Madelyn Dyson; her brother David William Mann (Moya) of East Sussex, England; her niece Dominique Phago; her nephew Philip Mann; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Christopher Mann, Lonita Mann, James Phago and Isabella Phago.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home (515 Miller Rd, Sumter, SC 29150).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sumter S.P.C.A., 1140 S. Guignard Dr., Sumter, SC 29150.
