She was predeceased by: her husband Julius L. Jackson Jr. (Sparky); her parents, Emily Arden Spigner Buckalew and Alman Lamar Buckalew; and her brother Alman Buckalew, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Emily McCaskill (Tal); her stepson Reid Jackson (Hope); her grandchild Maddie Day; and her sister Leila Mancini (Lee).
