We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2021, at the age of 75, Kathleen Phillips (Sumter, South Carolina), born in Jamestown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Scott Phillips; her parents, Leo Punk and Gloria Darpini Punk; her son John David Phillips; and her brother Phillip Punk.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Scott Phillips, II of Sumter, James Michael Phillips of Sumter, Gloria Lee Cardone of Sumter and Jessica Laura Small (Rodney) of Sumter; and her siblings, Leo Czyozanowski, William Punk and Madeline Young (Richard) of Jamestown, NY. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
