He was predeceased by: his sisters, Gail Johnson and Tina Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Rita Gabriel Proctor; his children, Lamar Proctor, Jr. (Janine) of Efland, NC, Lance Proctor (Patricia) of Sumter and Jessica Richbourg (Chance) of North; and his stepchildren, Anthony Garza of Sanford, Tracy Arledge (Tim) of Bishopville and Richard Gabriel of Waxaw. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
