He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Ann Hodge Berry and Holman A. Horne. He is survived by: his wife Loisann Horne; his children, Rachael Horne (Abram Smith), Kristen Quinones (Adam Burton) and Anthony Quinones (Rachel); his grandchildren, Shepard, Lucien and Ayla; his sister Donna Barth (Rob); and his siblings-in-law, Michael Ciancio (Madeline), Joseph Ciancio, II (Colette), Joanne Ciancio and Marian Como. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to a charity of one's choice.
