Though Larry may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his father Wilbur Geddings; his stepfather Wilbur Geddings; his wife Sydney Harris Nesbitt; and his brother Wilbur Lee Geddings. He is survived by: his brother Gene Nesbitt; his grandchildren, Garion White (Amanda), Janna Mizell (Austin), Mirren Matuse and Aiden Matuse; his great grandchild Evelyn-Marie; and his pet Buster.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home (515 Miller Rd, Sumter, SC 29150). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
