He was predeceased by : his parents, George Arnold and Annie Tate Arnold; and his siblings, Lebraun Arnold, Evelyn Baugh and Lois Lamb.

He is survived by : his wife Dorothy "Dot" Bramlett Arnold; his son Martin "Marty" Arnold (Cathy) of Mayesville; his grandchildren, Stacy Arnold of Mayesville and Justin Arnold of Elgin; his sisters, Bernice Holcomb and Eloise Burgess; and his brother-in-law Bobby Bramlett of Ashwood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
