It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lilian Sheedy of Sumter, South Carolina, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Liberty St. She is survived by: her husband Leo Sheedy; her children, Raymond Sheedy (Nancy), Leanne Buckner (Don) and Lisa Oviatt (Chris); and her grandchildren, Austin Richburg (Molly), Avey Greene, Sophia Greene, Ansley Sheedy and Ali Farris. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Adorno Fathers Seminarian Program at Adorno Fathers, 216 E. Liberty St., Sumter, SC. Due to Lent, the family request that no flowers be sent to the church or the cemetery.
