She was predeceased by: her mother Lorine Branson Broadway. She is survived by: her husband John T. "Jack" Chazen; her children, Terri Gagnon (Al) of Sumter, Deborah Burchett (Bruce) of Sumter, Jack Chazen of Myrtle Beach and Gale Cooley (Michael) of St. Louis, MO; and her grandchildren, Nichole West (Mike), John Gagnon (Ashleigh), Grace Gagnon, Lily Kunkel (Luke), Bishop Chazen and Alex Chazen. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
