It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lonnie C. Rodgers (Sumter, South Carolina), who passed away on June 13, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mendel Britton Rodgers and Neelie Stokes Rodgers; his sons, James Arthur Rodgers and Roy Mendel Rodgers; and his siblings, Lynberg Rodgers of Clarence Rodgers, D. B., Ray Rodgers and Jennie Overstreet.
He is survived by: his children, Johnnie DuPree (Lorrie) of Lafayette, GA, Larry Rodgers of Augusta, GA, Rhonda Pack of Wedgefield and Greta Fields (Mike) of Pickens. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
