She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Reid Ellis and Juliette Christine Dunning Ellis. She is survived by: her children, Tom Lewis Sylvester (Silvania) of Alpharetta, GA, Mark Russell Littell (Joy) of Summerville, Julieanne Sylvester Knight of Summerville and Alison Lynn Mims (Bryan) of Grayson, GA; and her sister Emilie Ellis Goldman (David) of Sumter. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home (221 Broad St, Sumter, SC 29150). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Elmore Hill McCreight (221 Broad St, Sumter, SC 29150).
