She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Wayne Faith; her children, Johnny Vise (Kim), Howard Faith (Mary) and Jenny Patton (Kevin); and her siblings, Billy Halfacre (Sandra), Eddie Halfacre (Pam) and Anne White (Jim). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
