She is survived by: her parents, Daniel Ashton Lyles and Dorothy Mathis Lyles; her son Daniel Todd Brown (Gaffney) of Sumter; her grandchildren, Ashton Lee Brown, McLendon Mills Brown and Mary Ellen Brown; her siblings, Chuck Van Patten, Dr. Mark Lyles and Paige Stokes (Danny); her siblings' children, Amber Van Patten McGarity, Mary Daniel Stokes, Georgia Lyles, Luke Stokes and Finn Lyles; and her close friend Buck Ardis.
