She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Hougland; and her parents, Willard Thornbrew and Lucille Tarte Thornbrew. She is survived by: her daughter Vikki Wise; her sister Debbie Miller of Sumter; her grandchildren, Bailey Harvey (Chris), Lindsay Gaston, Tori Vause (Legacy), Mariah Meyer and Michelle Yates; and her close friend Ellen Calloway. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
