He was predeceased by: his father Henry Leon Hatchell, Jr.; his son Max Hatchell; and his brother Christopher Hatchell. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Williams Derrick; his stepparents, Bob Derrick of Lexington and Martie Hatchell of West Columbia; his sons, Noah Paul Thomasson and Joshua James Hatchell; his stepdaughters, Zoey Bontempi and Kirstie Yearwood; and his siblings, Hank Hatchell, Celeste Helriegel, Matthew Lee Hatchell, Ty Green and Bryan Green. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
