He is survived by: his wife Cathy Bell Moore; his children, Jeana, Chris (Kyndal) and Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Austin, Hunter, Kaytlin "Kaydee" (Jaylen), Caleb, Chandler, Rahn, Tony, Braelyn and Maxx; and his siblings, Rick (Elaine), Terry, Theresa (Jeff), Jimmy and Floyd.
