Fralick, III of Winston-Salem, NC and Jeffrey Fralick, Sr. (Kim) of Sumter; his grandchildren, Bethany Fralick Henderson (Valerie), Mary Beth Skey (Sean) and Jeffrey Fralick, Jr. (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Marsha Kate Skey, Anne Beatson Skey, Mary Ellis Fralick, Margaret Moore Fralick and Beau Henderson; his brother Thomas Fralick (Tee); and his siblings-in-law, George Goley, Virginia Fralick and Rose Fralick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
