He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Essie Mae Geter Ramsey; and his parents, Ramsey Ramsey of Washington and Annie Mae Rhames Ramsey.
Viewing was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Job's Mortuary (312 S Main St, Sumter, SC 29150). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Salem Chapel & Heritage Center (101 S Salem Ave, Sumter, SC 29150).
