It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Ann Scott (Sumter, South Carolina), born in Cumberland, North Carolina, who passed away on August 3, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Earl Eason and Lillie Ruth Wade Eason; her daughter Teresa Minor; and her sister Alleene Cruz. She is survived by: her husband Phillip "Phil" Scott; her daughters, Cynthia McDuffie of Sumter and Melissa S. Burgess (Jeremy) of Sumter; and her grandchildren, Austin McDuffie, Cameron McDuffie and Natalie Burgess.
