She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Eugene Tankersley; and her son Richard Eugene Tankersley. She is survived by: her children, Charles Lanier Tankersley (Lechia) and Lisa Tankersley Shumake (Steve). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
