She is survived by: her husband V. Donald Welch; her daughters, Patricia Ann Nelson of Sumter, Barbara Ann Williams of Manning and Debbie Ann Carraway (Dale DuBose) of Sumter; her grandchildren, Chrystal Owens, Matthew Nelson, Anthony Nelson, Casey Bryan, Candice Carraway of Kaitlyn Carraway, D. J and Brandi Huggins; and her siblings, Miriam Baker, Kathy Sharpe, Betsy Tauzin, Pat Fletcher and Dexter Windham. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
