She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Locklear and Rockie Lee Locklear; and her siblings, Donald Ray Locklear, Jeanette Oxendine, Thurman Locklear, Arvin Locklear and Garrett Locklear.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Dial of Sumter; her sister JoAnn Locklear of Prospect; her sons, Elliott, Eric, Elijah and Jonathan; and her grandchildren, Junah, Thomas, Kennedy and Giorgia. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and family friends.
