With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Penny Miller (Sumter, South Carolina), born in Key West, Florida. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John William Turner and Hester Demerrit Turner. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Miller; her children, Chad Miller (Tammy) of Sumter, Todd Miller (Libby) of Sumter and Nicole Brumback of Sumter; and her sister Patricia "Pat" Cipov of Sumter. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to a charity of one's choice.
