It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Isaac Rogers (Sumter, South Carolina), who passed away on January 22, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mendel Rogers and Maude Brown Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Debbie J. Brown Rogers; his children, Phillip Mendel Rogers of Sumter, Melissa Ann Vance (Doug) of Sumter and Jennifer Rogers of Sumter; his grandchildren, Kayla Elizabeth Vance, Christopher Michael Vance and David Izak Rogers; and his siblings, John Richard "Jack" Rogers of Sumter, Brenda McKnight of Sumter and Dorothy Boykin of Sumter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
