He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Reynolds Hodges Lee; his son-in-law Abraham Pollak; and his brothers, Charles E. Lee and Cameron Waddell Lee. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Lee Lanz (John) of Summerville, SC and Maria Lee Pollak of Stuart, FL; his grandchildren, Benjamin Deland Pollak of Knoxville, TN and Leah Pollak Galdo (Nils) of Santiago, Chile; and his great grandchildren, Philippa Elizabeth Galdo and Nicola Marie Galdo of Santiago, Chile..
