He was predeceased by: his wife Debra Wakefield Bailey; his parents, Paul M. Bailey and Helen Lawrence Bailey; and his pet Buttercup. He is survived by: his daughter Sonya Tidwell; his siblings, John Bailey (Ann) and Connie Fowler; and his close friend Charlotte Pollard. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
