He is survived by: his wife Cassandra Williamson Hayes; his sons, William Hayes (Julie) and Benjie Hayes (Trina); his grandchildren, Zackery Hayes (Caitlan), Tradd Hayes, Chase Hayes (Destiny) and Savannah Hayes; his great grandchildren, Whaylon Hayes, Ellery Grace Hayes and Winnie Rose Hayes; and his siblings, Tommy Hayes (Shirley), Joe Hayes and Susie Carolyn Causey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
