She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Chestnut, Sr. and Mable McLeod-Chestnut; her brothers, Walter and Melvin Chestnut; her sister-in-law Patricia Chestnut; and her grandparents, Walter, Nora McLeod, James and Mary Chestnut.
She is survived by: her sons, Maurice, Travis and Romello; and her siblings, Mildred (Elias), Helen, Mary, Thomasena, Daphne, Joseph Jr. and Alphonso. She is also survived by several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and her church family.
