He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Furman Elliott II and Maxine Brown Elliott; and his sisters, Carolyn Lathrop and Gloria Lemos. He is survived by: his sister June Elliott Avin (Buford); his sibling's children, Angela Lathrop, Joseph Lemos (Emily) and Chris Kelly; and his caregiver Rashaun Shannon. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, and other family members.
