He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Servais and Esther Servais Dunway; his son Richard Servais; and his sister LeAnn Bartolucci. He is survived by: his wife Mona Bourgeois Servais; and his daughters, Dawn Servais, Cheryl Servais and Taylor Kaye Servais.
