He is survived by: his wife Barbara Elaine Anderson Hynes; his children, Arnecia Hynes Russell of Sumter, David Hynes (Julie) of Sumter, Robbie Hynes, Jr. (Carolyn) of Sumter and Leigh Jackson (Jerry) of Lyman, SC; his granddaughters, Alyssa Hynes Cataag (A. J.) of New Jersey, Savannah Hynes of Sumter and Ella Hynes of Sumter; and his brothers, Julian Hynes (Joanne) and Harry F. Hynes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
