He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick W. Lee and Teresa Cizmadji Lee; and his daughter Jennifer Marie Lee (Jenni). He is survived by: his wife Diana Spurgis Lee; his daughters, Christine Lee Shuler (Gray) and Michelle Lee Galloway (Shelly); and his grandchildren, Anna Hays Shuler and Maury Lee Shuler.
