He is survived by: his children, Vicki Wingate (Bill) of Sumter, Janet Brogden (Josh) of Prattville, AL, Kelsey Baker of Sumter and Roger H. Baker, Jr. of Sumter; his sisters, Tammy Collins (Fred) of Sumter and Robin Rollins of Mt. Croghan; and his close friend Linda Parker Sims. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
