It is with sadness that the passing of Roland McLeod (Sumter, South Carolina) is shared. Roland, born on June 29, 1944, passed away on August 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Hallie V. "Day" McLeod; his parents, Marshall McLeod and Janie Griffin McLeod; his stepson James T. "Jimmy" Mays; his siblings, Lora Lee Osborne, Frances McLeod, Marion McLeod, Gordon McLeod and Donald "Bubba" McLeod; his sisters-in-law, Helen McLeod, Jean McLeod and Gloria McLeod; and his niece Ginger McLeod.
He is survived by: his stepson L. C. Mays, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Carolyn Mays; his brothers, Robert McLeod (Cathy), Albert McLeod Steve McLeod and Edward McLeod (Sandy); and his sister-in-law Alice Faye McLeod. He is also survived by 12 nieces; five nephews; and a number of great-nieces and great-nephews.
