Busbee, and Chris Strong (Nicole); stepson: Antonio Strong; sisters: Ida Mason, Wilhelmenia Dyson, and Terry Clark; sisters (deceased): Margaret Thomson, Edith Hammond, and Marie Jackson; brother (deceased): James Richardson; grandchildren: Christian Strong and Kirsten Strong; grandson (deceased): Christopher Strong; great-grandson: Kingston Strong; caregivers: Ursula Williams, Bertha Jackson, Stella Haynesworth, Mary McCray, Tykira Brown, Carmarlita Wheeler, and Kenyatta Scriven; other: Rev. Dr. Marion H. Newton; and a host of step-grands, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, other relatives, and close friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Jehovah Missionary Baptist Church (609 Manning Ave, Sumter, SC 29150).
