She was predeceased by: her parents, Dizzy Dean Locklear and Shirley Ray Lowry; and her siblings, Willis Locklear, Ronnie Dean Locklear and Sue Hodges.

She is survived by: her partner Matilde Sauceda of Sumter; her children, Jesse Rodriguez of Sumter and Amanda Rodriguez Holland (Bill) of Camden; her brother Terry Locklear (Linda) of Sumter; her grandchildren, Destiny Hockenberry, Dakota Rodriguez (Brittany), Sophia Holland and Gracie Holland; and her great grandchild Whaylon Hayes.
