She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Wesley Smith, Sr.; her parents, Fred Clifton Cole, Sr. and Lillian White Cole; her children, Robert Wesley Smith, Jr. and Marsha Smith Skey; and her siblings, Fred Clifton Cole, Jr., Eleanor Cole Patterson, Joanne Cole Crawford and Marguerite Cole Veltre.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Wayne Smith (Peggy) of Sumter and William H. "Bill" Smith (BJ) of Sumter; her grandchildren, Chad Smith (Deanna), Jennifer Smith, Blake Smith, Clarke Smith (Heather) and Sean Skey (MaryBeth); her great grandchildren, Walker Smith, Marsha Kate Skey, Greyson Smith and Anne Beatson Skey; and her sister Patty Ciampi of Houston, TX. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
